Getting Started

  1. Diagnosis Requirement: Your child must have a confirmed diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or be considered “at risk” and currently in the process of obtaining a diagnosis. This must be documented in a written report from a physician, psychiatrist, neurologist, or psychologist.
  2. Submission: The diagnostic report is submitted to your insurance company to request authorization for a comprehensive assessment.
  3. Assessment Process: Once authorization is received, our highly trained Board Certified Behavior Analysts® (BCBAs) will conduct a thorough assessment, including direct observation of your child, interviews with parents and teachers, and questionnaires.

  4. Authorization Approval: After the assessment is completed and submitted to your insurance provider, authorization is typically granted within two to four weeks.

  5. Ongoing Support: We are here to assist you throughout the approval process. If you have any further questions about insurance coverage for our services, please don't hesitate to contact us.
